Die MK 20 wurde in den ersten Jahren noch mit (optionalem) S.P.E.C. – Kit angeboten. Mit Einführung von T.I.S. war dieses serienmäßig verbaut. Eine Stufe, die mittlerweile sehr verbreitet ist. Nachfolger wurde die MK 25, die sich durch die Möglichkeit der Einstellung des Mitteldrucks von aussen unterscheidet. Ein Nachrüstkit ist erhältlich. Diese Stufe wurde auch aus speziellem Aluminium als "UL" gefertigt und auch als “EAN”(Nitrox) Regler angeboten.

Vorteile:

· + kompensiert
· + sehr gute Luftlieferleistung auch bei fast leerer Flasche
· + Ersatzteile problemlos erhältlich
· + 5 drehbare ND- Anschlüsse
· + Eisschutz nachrüstbar
· + Auch als Ultralight erhältlich
+ Als Nitrox-Stufe erhältlich

Nachteile:

· relativ viele Teile
- bei einzelnen Reglern gab es Probleme mit berstenden Gehäusen

The MK 20 was (in the first years) offered with optional S.P.E.C.-Kit. When the T.I.S. came up, the MK 20 got this new system as standard fitting. The MK 20 is very widespread.The successor is the MK 25 that offers the additional feature of adjustment of the IP from outside. A retrofit-kit is available.

This reg was also (like MK 18) sold as ultralight reg made of marine alloy and as a nitrox reg.
