		Comex wurde im November 1961 durch Henri G. Delauze gegründet. Die Firma konzentriete sich auf Off-shore Tauchdienstleistungen. Seit 1972 stellten sie Tauchausrüstung für professionelle Taucher her. Comex Pro schloss 2005,
